Peyton Kemp is the 12-year-old point guard tearing up the basketball social media world. Being such a young age and having a great following like Kemp must be a daunting task but not for this kid. He stays humble in his approach like his game, a natural scorer with a keen eye for assisting his team mates which is hard to install into any player, let alone at such a young age. Peyton took a moment out of his busy schedule to answer a few questions.
What’s the dream for you? My dream is to be one of the greatest NBA players of all time Your favourite memory or moment while playing basketball? When I made a 3 pointer on my 9th Birthday to win the game How does it feel like being one of the best young rising ballers in the nation, with NBA players also taking watch? It’s cool, it’s a good feeling to be considered one of the best and to have NBA players motivate me, talk to me and give me pointers and suggestions on how to be great. This past weekend I was at a fashion show and Richard Hamilton called my name and said 'P what’s up keep working hard I’m watching you from a far', that was a real good feeling and I was so surprised that he said he was watching me. He shook my hand and gave me a hug said 'keep working hard'. The sky is the limit with Peyton, a talented youth player with unreached potential and a basketball IQ past his age. With NBA player’s following his success and highlights it proves eyes will be on this kid for years to come.
